Emmanuel College prohibits Sexual Harassment in accordance with the Emmanuel College Title IX Policy and Title IX. On January 9, 2025, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued a ruling in Tennessee vs. Cardona vacating the Title IX 2024 regulations. Therefore, effective January 9, 2025, all concerns related to sexual harassment will be reviewed following Emmanuel College Title IX Policy that was in effect prior to August 1, 2024.
