It is essential that you set-up your Emmanuel email below. This will be where you will receive important information about next steps in your enrollment process. The Office of Admissions will invite you to the New Student Enrollment Portal after your Emmanuel email is set-up. The portal be your one-stop place for viewing items that you must complete prior to starting class at Emmanuel.
About Your Account
Please Note: It is important that it is you, the student, who signs into this account and no one else. Federal law (FERPA) requires that only the student access this account and not a parent or guardian. The enrollment deposit is required in order to access your student account.
Activating Your Account
Within 72 hours of enrolling at Emmanuel you will receive an email with information required to use the Activate Your Account page. This email will have your activation number and the subject line will be "Access Your Emmanuel.edu Account".
Once you have received the email, click the link below and you will be prompted to answer a few questions and then pick a password. It is important to use the last name on your official academic record. Emmanuel account passwords must be at least 10 characters, have one capital letter, a number, a symbol, and cannot have any biographical information (dob, name, etc).
Your Emmanuel Email and created password will serve as your main login information of all Emmanuel systems including EC Learn, EC Online Services, the Housing Director, and Castlebranch.
Using Your Emmanuel Credentials you created in Step 1, log into your Outlook account to begin receiving communications about next steps.

The New Student Enrollment Portal will be available for Fall 2025 students starting in April. The portal is where you will find information from departments such as Residence Life and Housing, Orientation, Advising, Health services, and more. Instructions on accessing your New Student Enrollment Portal will be sent once your Emmanuel Email is set-up. Note it may take 1-2 business days to process before instructions are sent.
